As with the butterfly masks in this web site, while researching for butterflies and creating mask patterns, I thought it would be interesting to make a few moth masks as well. I've never heard of a moth mask before so maybe this is a first, who knows?.
These moth drawings are based upon actual photographs of moths in historical reference books and material. The colors I've applied to the thumbnail images are not accurate. I thought it would be fun to let the moths enjoy a bit of color.
These moth eaten masks are all derived from the images in scissorcraft's Paper Butterflies and Moths website where you can find large, realistic moth and butterfly images to print and color.
